Discover the benefits of eating raw food. In this hands on workshop participants will work together to prepare a multi-course meal. You will be raw-mazed at how easy, delicious and satisfying raw food can be. Kombucha, Kefir, Fermented Vegetables, Raw Cheeses, Raw Desserts are examples of things you will be preparing in the workshop, plus many other surprises. Examples of ways to integrate raw food into your lifestyle in large or small ways will be examined. To finish participants will enjoy the meal they all helped to prepare.
