Mind Body Balance | Empathic Psychotherapy in Toronto
A mind-body approach toward our whole well-being and health involves a perspective that there is a powerful connection between our emotional and physical well-being.
It is my aim in the mind-body approach in psychotherapy to work alongside other modes of healthcare in order to reach a higher level of wellness than any one mode of treatment or practice might provide on its own.
While my therapeutic approach is what is often described as talk therapy, I work from the perspective that each of us are all (amongst many, many other things) emotional, mental, rational, physical and energetic individuals. In other words, I feel that wellness and good health is a result of the integration and balance of the mind and body.
My goal is to create a space for reflection and exploration in a safe, caring and compassionate environment to work toward the balance of the mind and body.
